Iryna Fedortsova, NeuralSolution COO speaks at the IV Business Forum

NeuralSolution COO, Iryna Fedortsova believes that the educational process is crucial for the development of the country. Her alma mater, Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) organizes the International Business Forum to discover what business requires today from graduates. The University invited Iryna as a speaker for the Fourth Forum to find out her vision on the subject, to learn about her experience of studying at Oxford University, and to listen to her drawing a parallel between Oxford and Ukrainian education.

Iryna Fedortsovahas over 10 years of experience in Finance, including 5+ years of managerial experience in Media Entertainment. Iryna started her career at Baker Tilly in 2006. For 3 years, she worked as a Senior auditorat Ernst and Young, serving clients with auditof financial statements and internal controls.

Her further business expertise lies in Media Entertainment industry. Being a Financial Director of 1+1 Production, Iryna managed to create a separate controlling department, to develop policies for regulation of Finance/Production/G&A/Security/Supplying issues, to organize supporting processes in 1+1 Media Group for it to be able to produce quality content.

Additional control and related procedures initiated by Financial Director allowed to reduce content production costs and make them transparent. Yet, the quality of the content and its creative component remained equally high.

Iryna achieved high results in the field of Finance and proved her effectiveness for the Group’s performance as the whole. Therefore, from 2014 to 2015 she held the position of a General Director of TET Channel. In 2015, Iryna went on a martunityleave with the second child and decided to combine her maternity with the studies at Oxford, EMBA program.
